Thanks for the compliment. Colin and I have uploaded our Nokia submission, entitled 'The Cardiff Dead.' It's bone-chilling stuff for all the wrong reasons.
Ahhh, that's the connection. Thanks for that. I was thinking that maybe you had been shown it on an undergraduate course elsewhere and I'm always interested to know who outside Cardiff uses my stories in their teaching... I know they do because I get email from time to time from teachers and students. Viewing figures also show up on the stats for the Photobus website but I can't drill down into them in a way which gives me the kind of 'big brother is watching you' detail that would be useful.
Oh and, what I really wanted to say was "Hey, I liked your post".
Hello, Jane says you read my post where I mentioned I saw the Photobus film about your mother before. I saw it in one of Sara-Gwenllian Jones' classes last year - it wasn't in school or anything. Didn't realise that it was you that did it until the lecture though, and it just clicked.
That's really interesting, I have no idea whom I would trust to edit the digital age!
In some ways the web is edited already, like youtube taking down abusive material every day. Or the presidential candidates buying buzzwords on google so that their homepage comes up when you search for certain things.
Maybe google has already appointed itself editor: adbusters>
