Hmmm. Well, first of all, thanks for asking! We have had it drilled into us that we should be mutlimedia journalists - making videos, podcasting AND being great writers if we want to survive in the new age of media. Also that it's a really exciting time to be here.
I'd like to know more about the actual technical side and what skills we might need. What technical skills are online media employers looking for? Should we be learning HTML in depth plus another language (which I have seen requested on job applications for editors)? Also - most of us are sure we don't blog enough. How important should blogging be to us? Also, obviously, what you do, and how you got where you are today!
