I have always been of the belief that the digital age is slowly eroding the ability for us humans to actually interact with one another. When I say interact, I mean
talking – as in face to face. The
digital media literati frequently tell us how they are engaging in
conversations with us, their audience – but as far as I can see nobody’s

Kim Hollamby, digital development director for IPC media, restored some hope for us aspiring journalists in the fact that user generated content was on its way out.
Having lost its status and credibility we step in with our good quality
journalism that will hopefully surpass the abundance of ‘non’-information
