IMPORTANT: YOU NEED TO USE FIREFOX BROWSER IN ORDER TO SEE THE RIGHT CODE TO EMBED BOTH VIDEO AND AUDIO!
This is not quite as tricky as it might first appear....honest!
Step 1 - Convert your .wav audio files to MP3s.
a, Upload your audio file to your PC/Mac using a USB or bluetooth connection.
b, Then open iTunes (you'll find it in the applications folder on the hard drive).
c, Open preferences in iTunes (under the main iTunes tab) and click on advanced.

d, Click on "importing"
e, change "import using" to MP3
d, change "setting" to custom

f, change "stereo bit rate" to 128kbps
g, change "sample rate" to 44.100khz
DON"T CHANGE ANYTHING ELSE.
Save and leave preferences.
Step 2 - Save our .wav audio file as an MP3
a, Select the audio file you've uploaded from the iTunes directory
b, Click on "advanced" and select "convert selection to MP3".
when you do this iTunes will create a copy of the audio track as an MP3. This is the file you want to upload to Ning.
Step 3 - Upload audio to Ning.
a, Add the music player function to your personal page if you haven't already done so.
b, go to your own personal page on Ning. Click on the add music.
c, Upload the MP3 file.
Step 4 - Add the audio file to your blog
a, when you are ready to add audio to the blog post make show you can see the post in HTML code mode (the far right button on the blog menu).

b, Go back to your audio file in your personal playlist and click on the embed button.
c, copy the code and paste into your blog post (just as you would a video file).
d, save the post and review.
ONE THING TO KEEP IN MIND.....it looks as if Ning only lets us embed our playlists and not individual audio files. So all that fun music you guys have uploaded will probably have to be deleted and you'll have to keep the music player for your audio interviews.
