Hi Matt. I was just wondering when our Ning profiles will become publicly viewable, as I promised the lady I interviewed that I would show her a copy of the piece asap. Thanks, Ele

Hi Matt, just to let you know that i have had to reload my Capturing Cardiff, my audio file wasn't playing properly. It seems that the spacing of the html with my video file was interfering. It's all fixed now hopefully.

Cheers, Huw

Hello Matt - just had a chance to view my capturing cardiff on jomec computers which have firefox and saw my audio file had the words "invalid track" next to it...so just updated it - now it doesn't. Just thought I would make it all work on one page.

just checked the settings and it was already set so everyone could see my blogs, but I re-selected it just in case that would make a difference. Other than that i don't know why you cant see them. When i go to my own page it is there on my blog wall?

Perhaps try accessing it through the archives...i posted it on dec 20th at about 5 o clock.

Sorry for the hassle Matt...i don't know why it is happening...it is definitely there!?

cheers

Chris

Alternatively, you could get to it through the blog archives section on the main page.

Hi Matt.
When i go onto my own page it is there in the blog section titled 'Capturing Cardiff - Cardiff City's New Stadium. Sit Down Shut Up?', so I'm not sure why you wouldn't be able to see it.

Hope you are able to find it

Cheers

Chris

Hello Matt, my flight back has been booked for the 8th as coming back from Scotland any earlier than that costs about 3 times the price. I will PM you my login details in the meantime if you would like to listen to my audio files before that date. Sorry for the delay again.

Hi Matt, do you know of any cheap places to host my website? Virtualnames (ukservers) wants to charge me £30 to keep my domain name for a year.

Hi Matt.
I have my three blog posts ready - how are they to be submitted? I am working on Capturing Cardiff over the holidays via phone etc. Did you ever talk to Tim about extended deadlines? I am receiving a resounding silence from all at Jomec at the moment.

Hi Matt,
I've just rechecked my capturing cardiff, and although initially the audio seemed to work it seems to have disappeared. I'm not sure what the problem is but from reading what other people have said I'm guessing that i need to send you my login details so you can have a look at it?
Thanks.

I'm hoping to get back by the 4th. Alternatively, if I was to PM you my login details, you could listen to them in my itunes folder (the files are named 'Adaptation and Cutting Hair' and 'Cardiff society' or something like that)? The clips are ad verbatim from the text anyway.

I was trying to make a separate playlist for the Christmas post, without the Capturing Cardiff audio files in it, so I deleted them from the main page thinking it would be saved in the post as it was. They're not on ning until I can get to the Macs again as the files are all on there under my personal uni account. Any ideas?

Hello Matt, merry Christmas. Hve you seen my Capturing Cardiff yet? I uploaded it on the 21st and it had two interview clips in the audio player, but they're gone now because I accidentally erased them when uploading the audio for my Christmas message.
They're still on the itunes folder in my university account though, so I can put them back on when I get back.
I didn't realise that the embeded code for the audio player in my blog post would change if I changed the details on the main page. Can you respond to this please when you get chance?

Hi Matt,

I posted my blog last night on Firefox and everything looked fine...except this morning although the links are in correct HTML, they now don't seem to be working. When I copied and pasted them from Ning to my blog as a test this morning, also using Firefox, they worked perfectly. The computer I'm now using has some restrictions so maybe it just won't run Ning properly?
I'm sorry to bother you after the deadline but they've suddenly stopped working on the other computer when I haven't changed anything from last night, and I don't know what to do and am now paranoid that it's not the computer but my post that's not working...

Hello Matt - everything should be sorted now for the blog - I believe it all works. When I downloaded Firefox it was even less helpful! Any problems just let me know. I can now "relax".
